• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow
additional transit time for delivery.
• If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.

Delivery Time: 4–7 days (EM) / up to 14 days (WM)

4. Private Delivery (Bintulu Area Only)
For customers within Bintulu area, please contact our person-in-charge at arrangements.
