Order Cancellation
• Orders not paid within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.
• Please consider carefully before making a purchase. Once payment is completed,
cancellations are not accepted.
Return & Refund Eligibility
• For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are strictly prohibited once the product is delivered.
• Exception: If the item received is incorrect (different from what you ordered).
• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests after this period
will not be accepted.
• To request assistance, please contact us via email or phone with the following details:
- Order number
- Product details
- Clear photo of the incorrect item o Copy of your order invoice
Conditions for Return (Incorrect Item Only)
• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
• The incorrect item must be couriered back to us. Return shipping costs will be
covered by us.
• If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
